Pricing

Please note our 15.00 minimum order still applies on yard sale items!

Usually we will show the Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) next to the item and show the discount near the top of the same page. For example, the top of the column will say something like 'Take 60% off the MSRP', so for an item with an MSRP of $10.00 you pay only $4.00! On some items we may list a 'net' price, if a price is listed this is the price you would pay.***

***Note - regular shipping and handling and insurance charges still apply.

Bulk Sales

If you sell at Railroad shows and Flea markets, and want to purchase an entire catagory of product in the 'Yard Sale', we will entertain offers for Bulk Sale of the entire group of items, either Email us with your offer, or call our office M-F 8am-4pm. #1-888-255-7826

Updates

Do to the nature of 'Yard Sale' items many are not listed in our main computer and hence the listing you will see here is not updated after every sale. Hence all items are subject to prior sale.

Photos / Descriptions

Due to the low price offerings and limited quantities on 'Yard Sale' items, we CAN NOT provide a complete description or photos of these items. Since all of these items have been on the market for a while, we assume you will know what the item is from the short description provided. You may also search other sources on the Internet for more information on the item listed if you wish, but do not bother to Email or call us with requests for photos or more lengthy descriptions of items in the 'Yard Sale'...due to time limitations, we can not provide same.

Allow at least 3 weeks for processing Yard Sale Items. These orders are only picked and processed AFTER all orders for Regular mechandise have been taken care of.

Also we can not "check" if a Yard Sale item may still be in stock. All orders are processed in order of arrival (via phone, Fax, Email,regular mail etc). At any given time we may have up to a 100 orders that have not been processed for Yard Sale items and so even if we see an item on the shelf you maybe asking about, it may be sold out by the time your order is picked.

Think of it this way, you arrive at the Deli counter in a store, there are lots of people ahead of you and you take #57 from the little ticket dispenser. You can see the the Pastromi you want in the Deli case,but it may be all gone by the time yout ticket number gets called up to the counter and someone in line ahead of you may have already bought all that's left.

IT IS IMPORTANT you include a DAY TIME phone number where we can reach you with your order. Then if we do not have enough items to make the minimum $15.00 to ship, we can call you and maybe suggest some substitute items. But you may not be called for at UP TO 3 weeks after submitting the order.

Do NOT EXPECT to get 100% of all the items you ordered, 50-60% fill rate (or less) is common on Yard Sale items. Remember these are CLOSE OUT items and will not be restocked.

NOTE TO LGB modelers: We have a few hundred of the Comansi #1 scale Coach cars which are outfitted with MDC "G" Couplers and lettered for Durango & Silverton. These are not the quality of LGB coach cars, but then can be sold for about 1/5 of the price of LGB and still make nice useful pieces of rolling stock. We wish to sell these as a "lot" to one person who does Train Shows and Flea markets where #1 Gauge items are sold. Very special price on them.
