and Handling Fees

USA
Surface Delivery:
USA Addresses include
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO
Addresses.
We
make every effort to ship all orders received within 4-5 working
days, but some orders may take up to 10 working days before being shipped.
However delivery of some "Back-Ordered" items
may take considerably longer. Please allow 4-7 business days
after your order leaves our warehouse for delivery of your
order west of the Mississippi River, east of the Mississippi
River will take a few days longer.
So you should allow about 3 weeks for an order to reach your door after ordering, often it will be much less.
NOTE:Orders including spare parts on older items may take up to 4-5 weeks to process before leaving our warehouse, as it takes a lot of time to search the warehouse for the parts for old items, and this is done only
on days after all regular orders have been taken care of.
Expedited
Delivery:
Expedited
delivery is not currently available, we apologize for any inconvieniece
this may cause.
International
Shipping And Handling
Some items may not be available for shipping to destinations
outside the U.S. If you are outside the Continental USA, Shipping
and handling will be the exact amount of International Shipping
plus plus a $4.50 fee for handling and documentation
for your shipment.
Costs:
International Air Shipping is Very Expensive. So you can assume
the shipping costs for Air will at least be equal to the value
of the order.
International Surface Shipping costs about 20%-25% of order
value on average, but delivery time is quite slow.
Following
delivery times are estimates, we have no control over the
Postal Delivery System Time Tables.
Canada 2-3 weeks.
6 Weeks to Western Europe, a bit longer to Eastern Europe.
6-8 weeks to Japan and Australia, and other Pacfic Rim countries.
8-10 weeks to South America.
Credit
Cards:
Con-Cor accepts: MasterCard / Visa / Discover and American Express Credit Cards. Minimum order is $15.00 (Plus S/H) except for American Express where the Minimum order is $50.00 due to the high service charge fees American Express charges us.
Some people are still concerned about transmitting Credit Card numbers over the Internet. Most Credit Cards have
some automatic insurnace against fraudulant use. (Check with your Credit Card isser for details.) But you decide. If you do not wish to transmit your Card # over the Internet, you can:

Other
Fees and Charges
Unauthorized returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
Air Delivery can be requested, and extra charges for Air shipping will be added to your
order in addition to the normal S/H charges. However, note that Air Delivery only speeds up
the package once it leaves our warehouse, which still may take up to 10 working days as
outlined above.
Taxes
Arizona residents must include a state sales
tax of 7.6% of order amount excluding Shipping and Handling.
Customer Number
When you order from Con-Cor our computer
automatically generates a "Customer Number" for you
so we can better serve your needs. If you become a regular customer
at Con-Cor you need not send us you address and credit card information
every time you order, just your name, telephone number, and
customer number. We will bill and ship from our records.
