Note #1) This list is not intended to be all inclusive of all parts available, but rather a list of the most commonly requested parts. If you need parts not shown here, please contact us via E-mail at concor@con-cor.com or by mail at the address listed below, and we will notify you on the availability and price of other parts.
Note #2) We have been manufacturing and importing model trains since 1968. Many items have come and gone, and other items have had major changes, improvements, and modifications to the tooling. Once tooling is modified we cannot go back and make the "old version" of that part. So eventually we do run out of parts for old versions, or discontinued models. We apologize in advance if you require parts for an older model and they are not available. A rule of thumb would be if the item is more than 6-7 years old we probably do not have parts for it any longer. For older items such as these your best option is to find a cheap used one at a Train Show or Train Flea Market that you can cannibalize for parts to fix your other model.
Note #3) Con-Cor's Customer Satisfaction Policy: If you purchase (or receive as a gift) a new model which is missing parts, or a locomotive that does not run properly, our policy is to replace parts, fix, or exchange the item for you. If it is a broken or missing part which is obvious to you, and you have the skill level to fix it, we would be happy to send you the appropiate parts at no charge. Just E-mail us at concor@con-cor.com, or write to us at the address listed below with your needs. If you feel you need to return the item to us for repair or replacement, then return to the address below, but make sure you insure it for full value. We are not responsible for items that are lost en-route to us.
When returning any item, make sure you include with the item a piece of paper with your full name, and return address as well as a comment on the nature of the problem. (You would be surprised by how many returns and letters we get from people with NO RETURN address included!)

Note #4)
If you have modified a new item in any way, for example, added
Micro-Train couplers, or special lighting or DCC controls, or
super detailed the model, we will not work on it, as we will
not take the responsibility for replacing or repairing any of
the special "add-on" features you have made to the model.
Note #5) We DO NOT maintain a repair service for items that are not newly purchased or bought used at a Train Show, or Train Flea Market. You will have to locate someone in your local area to handle the repairs, but we would be happy to sell you or the repair person the needed parts (if available).
Note #6) Add $6.95 to all orders under $99.00 to cover handling and shipping. We cannot ship parts "COD" due the very high COD charges by UPS and the Postal Service. You can pay for your order by check, money order, or one of the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, or Discover Card. Minimum order for Parts/ Merchandise is $15.00 plus appropiate Shipping/Handing charges.
Note #7) Please allow a minimum of 6-8 weeks for parts order to be processed, we do not get a lot of parts orders and have only have one staff member who takes care of parts on a part time basis.
Note #8) Just because we have a part listed here, does not mean we definitely will have it in stock when you contact us, this page is only intended as a guide to the commonly requested parts and all parts orders are subject to availability at the time the order is received. An Alternative source for parts is Model Train Shows and Flea markets where you may be able to find a used model you can buy cheaply and canabalize for the parts you need.
Note #9) Rivarossi N Steam Locos. We have imported over the years many "N" Steam locomotives made for us by Rivarossi in Italy. But for the last two years or so it has been almost impossible to get any parts out of
the Rivarossi company. Now it appears they maybe in the hands of a Creditor Appointed "Receiver". and we can not get any direct answers out of them on our requests for parts and production orders on other items. We are sorry
we do not have any other information to give you at this point. We have very few parts for Rivarossi Steam engines available at this time.
Note #10) We are currently running a special offer on a "Trade-In" for old Rivarossi Steam locos. Basicly
we will sell you one of our new "N" 4-8-4 Steam Locos for a special price of $40.00 (plus Shipping & Handling
Charges), if you send us back a COMPLETE old Rivarossi Steam loco that is not functioning. (Old Rivarossi steam
locos that may have "Atlas" stamped on the bottom DO NOT qualify. To check on this exhange program you can call
our Customer Service Dept at 1-520-721-8939 and ask for Parts Guy. We will then recycle the parts from the old models turned in to us to try to help someone else out on getting their model back in service.

Note: Rivarossi went
bankrupt in 2004, and was liquidated in 2005. We will not be able to get any further
parts from them. We have only a limited qty on hand, and those are quickly dwindling.
We suggest you check on Ebay, or at Model Train Flea markets/ shows for old used
Rivarossi models you can buy for spare parts. Just having them listed here does not
mean we have them in stock, many dealers have Rivarossi parts (but we have no way
of knowing who they are, and refer to this list for pricing).
