We are easy to find.

     We are on the SouthEast Corner of the Tucson Metro Area, about 5 miles East of the Tucson International Airport.

      We are about 800 Ft South of the Intersection of South Kolb Road and Valencia. Just Turn at Old Vail Road, about a block south of the above intersection. Then immediately Turn again on the frontage road in front of "Rv Wizard" an RV Sales lot in on the Corner, we are just a few hundred feet South of them on this frontage Road.

  • We are on the Frontage Road parallel to the South Bound Lanes of Kolb Road just South of Valencia.
  • We are about one mile North of the I-10 Exit at Kolb and I-10
  • We are only about 20-25 minutes to Green Valley
  • We are only about 30-35 minutes from Marana, Oro Valley down I-10 to Kolb.
  • We are only about 25 minutes South of the Foothills area straight down Kolb Road.

     NOTE: We have several business's in the area and someone is not at this location all the time. The Yard has an automated Entrance Gate using a Private PIN Number entry code.

     Therefore you must make an appointment with one of our staff to meet you at the "AAA" Facility to sign up, we ask at least a few hours notice, as we might have an appointment at the other end of town at a similar time. Better yet to make an appointment about 24 hours in advance..

The yard is available to Clients who are paid up to date using the Automated #Pin Numer Gate Code from:
Everyday: 6:30am - 9:00pm

     But our offices are at a different location, and our office hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 AM till 3:45 PM And we can be reached at 1-520-721-8939

      Appointment Hours for Sign Ups:

     You must call in advance and make an appointment to sign up for a Space. Normal Sign up Hour Appointments can be scheduled 24 Hours in advance for Monday-Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM depending on if we have personel Available.

      Saturday Signups can be arranged if Pesonel are available, for an extra $10.00 Gas fee, between 8:00 and 12:00 Noon. But be advised Some weekends, especially in the Summer we do not have any personel available on Saturdays for Sign-Ups.
