We are easy to find.
We are about 800 Ft South of the Intersection of South Kolb Road
and Valencia. Turn at Old Vail Road, about a block south of the above
intersection. "Rv Wizard" an RV Sales lot in on the Corner, we are just a
few hundred feet South of them.
We are not affiliated in any way with the "RV Wizard" Company.
- We are about one mile North of the I-10 Exit at Kolb and I-10.
- We are only about 20-25 minutes to Green Valley
- We are only about 30-35 minutes from Marana, Oro Valley down
I-10 to Kolb.
- We are only about 25 minutes South of the Foothills area straight
down Kolb Road.
New owners have taken over this facility in Nov. of 2004. The
facility is being upgraded to add a cement block wall around its perimiter,
and a large section of Canopied Storage slots for RV's and Vehicles of all
sizes being added.

We expect all improvements to be ready in about 120
days, but if you sign up for a Covered Slot now (min 12 month contract).
You can bring your Vehicle over now and get credit for 50% of your Open Air
Storage payments to apply towards the Covered Slot when it is ready for you.
Covered Storage for the larger RVs and Travel Trailers are scarce in
the Tucson area, and we know our slots will fill up quickly. By moving your
unit over now, you insure getting the space you want when all the
remodeling is finished.
Advantage of our Covered Canopies
All of the facilities we have visited in the Greater Tucson Area
that advertise "covered" storage have large covered "deck" about 15 Ft up in
the air. They work fine when the sun is high above, but once the sun is at
an angle most of your unit is not shaded very much.
Our rounded Canopy design actually Shade your vehicle a great deal
more, and also help to protect it against blowing sand, and other weather in
our Tucson desert environs much better.
Also the 40 Ft and 45 Ft Canopy Slots also will feature available
Electrical outlets so you can do a trickle charge on your unit, or plug in
a work light if needed.
